How to use
Magnesium Oil Spray - We recommend applying 2 to 3 sprays to their feet only for around 3 to 4 weeks. From here, you can apply to their stomach as well. Rub in and allow to dry before covering up. If they experience itching or tingling this can be a sign of deficiency and we recommend going back to less sensitive areas (like their feet). Alternatively, you can mix it with coconut oil to soothe and moisturise. Safe for babies and children aged 3 months and up.
Bath Salts - Draw a warm bath and sprinkle in the whole contents of our Magnesium Reset Bath Salts pack, including the sachet of Bentonite Clay. Simply soak for a minimum of 20 minutes and enjoy the benefits.

Safe for use from 3 months and up. We typically recommend using the kid's formula up until 15 years of age. Additionally, it can be suitable for adults with more sensitive skin.
Both our magnesium oils are safe for ages 3 months and up. The original magnesium oil spray has a higher concentration, making it suitable for adults, while the kids' magnesium oil spray is gentler and better for younger or more sensitive skin.
You can apply magnesium oil as needed, both morning and night, as your body will self-regulate absorption. At night, it aids relaxation and sleep by calming muscles and nerves, while during the day, it supports energy through biochemical reactions that contribute to energy production.
Everyone is different with the time frame to see results, it can be as quick as overnight however, it can also take a month or so. Keep in mind we do not become deficient overnight and similarly we do not replenish overnight. Magnesium is a mineral we burn through all day every day, so consistency is key. We recommend applying the oil every night before bed as a non-negotiable.
Magnesium oil can be applied straight to the skin for optimal absorption, rather than relying on the (often malfunctioning) digestive tract like powders and pills. By bypassing the digestive system, it goes straight into the bloodstream and is delivered directly to the cells that need it.
This can be a clear sign of magnesium deficiency, don’t let this deter you, the high concentration of Salt Lab will have this cured in no time. Start by applying to your feet only for 3-4 weeks. You can also dilute with water (60:40) or add some coconut oil after application to make this tingle a little less uncomfortable without missing out on the benefits.

As a former personal trainer, nutritionist and health coach, it was only after severe burnout in 2014 and my own search to find answers that I discovered the immense benefits of Magnesium Oil. This magic mineral proved to be the only solution to my body recovering. And so the journey began. It is now our mission to help people sleep better, recover faster and be their best (even on their busiest days) with our highly effective, natural magnesium products lovingly created out of my desire to help others experience the wellness transformation that I did.
However, I’m always looking at the bigger picture and our mission here at Salt Lab goes beyond our people. I want to make an impact on our planet by supporting the regeneration of nature’s most precious resource - the soil. Every month, we donate a percentage of our profits to help farmers use regenerative methods to grow mineral rich plants and improve soil quality, so the food we harvest is nutrient dense in vitamins and minerals - like magnesium. This method of regenerative agriculture improves the resources it uses, rather than destroying or depleting them.
