STOCK & OVERSOLD ITEMS
Due to the high volume of traffic during our flash sale, we may experience items selling out or overselling. This can happen when multiple customers are checking out at the same time for the same product. Our system may not update fast enough to reflect that another customer has purchased the last item just before your payment is processed.
In the event that an item you purchased becomes oversold, you will receive a full refund for that item back to your original payment method. Please note that during this sale, processing times may be extended, and it may take up to 10 business days to notify you of any oversold items.
If your order contains multiple items, the remaining items will still be shipped to you.
DYNAMIC PRICING
During the flash sale, prices are subject to change based on availability and demand. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price for that transaction. We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments if the price decreases after your order is placed.
DISPATCH & SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to the influx of orders during the flash sale, please allow additional time for processing and dispatch. While we aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days, some delays may occur. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please be aware that shipping carriers may also experience delays beyond our control, which may impact your delivery time. We ask for your patience during this period, especially with increased demand on postal services.
CHANGING & CANCELLING ORDERS
Once an order is placed during the flash sale, we are unable to modify or cancel it due to the high volume of orders being processed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
