Due to the high volume of traffic during our sale, we may experience items selling out or overselling. This can happen when multiple customers are checking out at the same time for the same product. Our system may not update fast enough to reflect that another customer has purchased the last item just before your payment is processed.

In the event that an item you purchased becomes oversold, you will receive a full refund for that item back to your original payment method. Please note that during this sale, processing times may be extended, and it may take up to 10 business days to notify you of any oversold items.

If your order contains multiple items, the remaining items will still be shipped to you.

DYNAMIC PRICING
During the sale, prices are subject to change based on availability and demand. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price for that transaction. We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments if the price decreases after your order is placed.

DISPATCH & SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to the influx of orders during the sale, please allow additional time for processing and dispatch. While we aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days, some delays may occur. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please be aware that shipping carriers may also experience delays beyond our control, which may impact your delivery time. We ask for your patience during this period, especially with increased demand on postal services.

CHANGING & CANCELLING ORDERS
Once an order is placed during the sale, we are unable to modify or cancel it due to the high volume of orders being processed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

2. Eligibility

• Age & Residency: The campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 years and over as of the date of entry.
• Exclusions: Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and anyone professionally connected to the campaign are excluded from entry.
• Global Participation: The competition is open to entrants worldwide, subject to any restrictions or conditions outlined in these T&Cs.

3. Campaign Period

Salt Lab’s 10 Days of Giveaways is a promotional event running via our Instagram and Facebook social media channels, where a new prize is up for grabs daily. The campaign period commences on 19th March 2025 at 8:00 am AEDT and concludes on 28th March 2025 at 11:59 pm AEDT. Entries received outside of the daily giveaway’s 24-hour period will be deemed invalid.

4. How to Enter

Participants can enter each day in one of two ways:

1. Shop Salt Lab on the giveaway day – all purchases made that day automatically enter the draw.
2. Enter via Instagram or Facebook:

• Like the giveaway post.
• Follow @salt_lab and any tagged business partners (if applicable).
• Tag a friend in the comments (one tag = one entry, unlimited entries allowed).
• Comment your order number if you’ve made a purchase to double your chances.

5. Prize Details

• Description: A new prize will be announced daily on Salt Lab’s Instagram and Facebook pages. The details, value, and any restrictions for each prize will be outlined in the daily giveaway post.
• Prize Conditions: The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or any alternative product or service.
• Delivery: The prize will be delivered electronically or physically, depending on the nature of the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any issues related to the redemption or usage of the prize. The exact model, variant, or specifications of the prize are at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Random Draw: Each day, one winner will be selected by a random draw.
• Notification: The winner will be announced on Salt Lab’s Instagram and Facebook stories the following day, tagged on both platforms (where possible), or their first name and the initial of their last name will be announced.
• Claiming the Prize: If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be redrawn.

7. Prize Fulfillment

• The prize will be delivered to the winner via the contact details provided during the entry process.
• The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver the prize due to unforeseen circumstances, incorrect details provided by the winner, or issues arising from third-party providers.

8. Verification & Disqualification

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, residency, and purchase.
• Disqualification: Any entry deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these T&Cs may be disqualified without notice.

9. Advertising Channels & Marketing

The competition is advertised across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid and organic social media (Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram), email newsletters, and SMS marketing.

10. Use of Personal Information

• Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting the campaign, marketing communications, and fulfillment of the prize.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

11. Right to Cancel or Amend

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition, including these T&Cs, at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including technical malfunction, fraud, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or third party as a result of participating in the competition, the conduct of the competition, or the redemption or use of the prize.
• The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or any technical errors affecting the entry process or prize delivery.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
