Easy Burrata & Sundried Tomato Egg Bake
Ingredients:
• 12 eggs
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• 1/2 cup spinach or kale (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 ball of burrata cheese, torn into pieces
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 180°C (350°F).
3. Cook: Pour the ingredients into a greased oven dish. Scatter the torn burrata pieces and sun-dried tomatoes throughout.
4. Bake: Pop in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the eggs are set and the burrata is melty.
