Ingredients:
- 3 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2cm), peeled
- 1 cup (250ml) filtered water
- Ice cubes (optional)

Juice the ingredients: If you have a juicer, pass the carrots, oranges, and ginger through the juicer. If you’re using a blender, blend the carrots, oranges, ginger, and filtered water until smooth.

Strain the juice: If using a blender, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a jug to remove the pulp, pressing down to extract as much juice as possible.

Serve: Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes if desired, and enjoy your fresh, magnesium-rich drink.
