Terms and Conditions - "Win A 2 Person Infrared Sauna" Campaign

2. Eligibility

Age & Residency: The campaign is open to all individuals aged 18 years and over as of the date of entry.
Exclusions: Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and anyone professionally connected to the campaign are excluded from entry.
Global Participation: The competition is open to entrants worldwide, subject to any restrictions or conditions outlined in these T&Cs.

3. Campaign Period

The campaign period commences on 17th November 2024 at 12:00 am AEDT (Australia Eastern Daylight Savings Time) and concludes on 2nd December 2024 at 11:59 pm AEDT.
Entries received outside of the campaign period will be deemed invalid.

4. How to Enter

Entry Criteria: To participate, eligible entrants must make a purchase through saltlaboratory.com during the campaign period.
One Entry Per Purchase: Each individual purchase transaction qualifies as one (1) entry into the competition. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is associated with a separate purchase.
Verification of Entries: Proof of purchase may be requested by the Promoter to verify an entry’s eligibility. Failure to provide proof upon request may result in disqualification.

5. Prize Details

Description: The prize is a "2 Person Infrared Sauna" valued at AUD $16,899 (including GST). The exact model and specifications may vary at the discretion of the Promoter.
Prize Conditions: The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or any alternative product or service.
Shipping & Delivery: The prize will be shipped worldwide to the winner’s nominated address. Standard shipping costs are covered by the Promoter, while any additional duties, taxes, customs fees, or associated delivery charges incurred as a result of international shipping or delivery preferences are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Random Draw: The winner will be selected by a random draw on 4th December 2024 at 9:00 am AEDT at the Promoter’s business address (Unit 7/1 Lennon Street, West Melbourne, VIC).
Notification: The winner will be notified in writing (via email) to the address provided during the purchase within seven days of the major prize draw.
Announcement: The winner’s details (last name, first initial, and postcode) will be published on Salt Lab’s website and social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram) within 30 days of the major prize draw and any unclaimed prize draw. The notification will be sent by 2:00 pm AEDT on 4th December 2024.

7. Claiming the Prize

Response Requirement: The winner must respond to the Promoter’s notification within 14 calendar days to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 18th December 2024, at 9:00 am AEDT at the Promoter’s business address (Unit 7/1 Lennon Street, West Melbourne, VIC). The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing (via email) within seven days, and if the prize value exceeds $250, the winner’s details (last name, first initial, and postcode) will be published on Salt Lab’s website and social media channels within 30 days.

8. Prize Fulfillment

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address as nominated during the claim

process.

The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver the prize due to unforeseen circumstances, incorrect details provided by the winner, or failure to comply with customs regulations.
Clearlight’s Delivery Capabilities (Australia, New Zealand, Mainland Europe, UK, UAE) Clearlight AU will collaborate with Clearight US to enable delivery if the winner resides in that territory. Delivery time may vary based on the stock on hand. Self-installation by the prize winner may be required based on their location.

9. Verification & Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, residency, and purchase.
Disqualification: The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is deemed fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, or in breach of these T&Cs, without further notice to the entrant.

10. Advertising Channels & Marketing

The competition is advertised across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid and organic social media (Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram), email newsletters, and SMS marketing.

11. Use of Personal Information

Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting the campaign, marketing communications, and fulfillment of the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

12. Right to Cancel or Amend

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition, including these T&Cs, at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including technical malfunction, fraud, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or third party as a result of participating in the competition, the conduct of the competition, or the redemption or use of the prize.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or any technical errors affecting the entry process or prize delivery.

14. Acceptance of Terms

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
